This course is for current or prospective Release train Engineers or Chief Scrum Masters, who want to gain a deeper understanding and know what it really means to be an RTE or CSM. This course “WoW!–enhanced SAFe® Release Train Engineer 5” is a 3-day course that equips the attendee with a massive set of tools. To really benefit from this course, it’s good if the attendee is very well familiar with the Scrum Master role, and preferably has been a Scrum Master for some time.

The WoW! Agile “Enhanced SAFe” concept means that our course leaders have personal experience from the roles, contained in the course. This mean that the attendees will get first hand information about what really works well in practice, and what is a little more difficult.

Unique to SAFe®, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is part of the trio of leaders that includes product managers and system architects. This plays a critical role in leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value. This means that the RTE must create the right environment, have the right conversations, facilitate the right meetings, and gather the right people to make decisions based on the right data. You’ll get the guidance and tools you need to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams.

SAFe® Scrum Master
(WoW!-enhanced)
