In all her assignments around the Globe, Delvin has used organisational, and people change management. A topic she has always been very interested in. It has given her a very good foundation for agile coaching and Ways of Working, which further strengthens her abilities as an agile coach.

During her assignments she has also worked with developing tools, handbooks, policies, strategies, proposals and reports.
